Legal action is more than just a debt collection letter... It requires organized data storage, easy information retrieval, accurate financial details and flexible document preparation.

The Legal Module is a fully integrated module with the main debt collection software package. It's not a stand-alone product but works with the data in the collection software. It works with the account details of the individual accounts, the demographic information, and client demographic information.

With this product, the end user, whether an attorney or the legal department within an agency, can actually build a legal file and pre-define the text in a word processing form of the documents that want to be used. These multiple documents can be linked together.

As an example, The Writ of Garnishments in the State of Washington may have fourteen pages, each page is identified in the word processing, they are linked automatically, so when a garnishment is requested, all the information pertaining to the garnishee defendant, the garnishee, the dollar amounts, the judgment amount, the judgment interest, garnishment costs, all are incorporated out of the legal package.

Data is taken and used to populated fields into the document itself. There is no transferring over by hand the information into the documents. It speeds time, eliminates errors and creates continuity in your legal program.

You can also have your own internal follow up by date, by description, by desk, of what these documents are, what the status of the legal file is. This could be expanded for not only just collections, but could be expanded for foreclosures in a real estate environment. It could be for lien foreclosures, lien enforcement. All this could all be done in this legal package.
